- Facilitate the design, implementation and maintenance of data integration pipelines and ETL processes to enable quick-impact access to harmonized and structured data that allows analyses, reporting, and performance monitoring, following Projects & IT guidelines.
- Collaborate with Architecture and Data team within Projects & IT on data structure, reporting functionalities, and technical integration to enable the use of data and analytical solutions across units in an efficient and consistent way.
- Support digitalization initiatives and analytical tool development by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and developing solutions to ensure efficient adoption and practical use of data-driven processes within L&SC operations.
- Monitor, validate, and maintain data quality and consistency across multiple L&SC datasets, to ensure that all information used for decision-making is reliable, standardized, and aligned with MSF OCBA data governance standards.
- Document and share analytical methodologies, lessons learned, and technical guidance, to promote knowledge management, continuity of analytical projects, and the development of data literacy across the department, collaborating with Knowledge Management team.
- Contribute to the definition, harmonization, and continuous improvement of indicators, data standards, naming conventions, and classifications, to enable a coherent performance measurement framework, enabling evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the L&SC department
