GENERAL CONTEXT

CONTEXT OF THE POST
Tembo is a Learner-centered space that provides efficient digital learning and development opportunities adapted for all MSF staff, to be better contribute to MSF operations and MSF social mission. The mission of Tembo is to become a personal and organizational digital learning & development ecosystem used across MSF, supporting mutualization and gaining efficiency between OCs, and providing a space for all MSF staff to learn, develop themselves and share knowledge.
The Tembo Digital Learning Team offers a variety of services to help partners create digital learning opportunities adapted to MSF’s context and staff, and to support their availability on the Tembo platform. These services include techno-pedagogical support, training and guidance on Tembo usage, learning space management and configuration, and monitoring and evaluation of Tembo’s learning offer.
OBJECTIVES
The Digital Learning Support Intern will join the Tembo Digital Learning team and contribute to the following areas:
- Course management
- Techno-pedagogical support and content production
- Monitoring and evaluation of learning spaces
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Digital Learning Tembo team, the Intern will contribute to:
Course management
- Assist with course management, including course creation, configuration and updates.
- Collaborate in different phases of the publication process, such as kick-off meetings, learning space creation, and technical testing.
- Contribute to the technical testing of courses to ensure functionality, accuracy, and user experience before publication.
Techno-pedagogical support & content production
- Support in the production of e-learning materials using tools such as Rise, H5P, Genially, etc.
- Participate in the design and improvement of training guidelines and resources for platform usage.
- Contribute to identifying potential areas for improvement in the platform and training materials, particularly regarding user experience (UX).
Monitoring & evaluation
- Learn how to conduct monitoring and evaluation of Tembo digital learning spaces.
- Support in collecting and analyzing data on usage and accessibility to improve user experience and impact.
Collaboration & support
- Assist with other tasks related to the Digital Learning Team’s services as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently studying or having completed a degree in Pedagogy, Education Sciences, Psychology (with specialization in Educational Technology) or related fields.
- Candidates with other degrees but with a master’s or specialization in Educational Technology and Digital Learning, Instructional Design and E-Learning, Human Resources and Talent Development, Innovation and Educational Research, or UI/UX Design will also be considered.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Totara, Moodle).
- Knowledge of SCORM content production with tools such as Rise, Genially, Camtasia, H5P, Vyond or Premiere is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly recommended; knowledge of Arabic and/or French will be considered an asset.
- Only candidates who can sign an agreement with their universities will be considered.
CONDITIONS
- Based in: Barcelona MSF office.
- Duration: 6 months, part-time (20 hours/week)
- Support package: 600 €/month for 20-hours/week (based on the MSF OCBA Internship Policy).
- Conditions based on the MSF “Internship policy” and will be formalized into an “Agreement” signed between MSF and the University detailing duties and obligations of each party.
- Possibility of hybrid work (remote, F2F in Barcelona Office)
- Starting date: October 2025.
