GENERAL CONTEXT
Médecins Sans Frontières is an international independent medical-humanitarian organization, which offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.

MAIN PURPOSE
Design, produce, and deliver high‑quality learning and communication materials that enable the adoption of AKIBA, MSF‑OCBA’s new supply chain management solution. Ensure technical content is translated into accessible learning experiences that support change, operational performance, and user engagement across diverse profiles.
CONTEXT OF THE POST
The Training & Learning Content Officer supports the rollout of AKIBA, the supply chain digital transformation initiative based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role develops user‑friendly training content, e‑learning courses, and communication materials to ensure a smooth learning experience for all stakeholders. It adapts content to multiple audiences, delivers live training, and coordinates closely with technical, operational, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and relevance. The position plays a key role in promoting user adoption by creating clear, engaging materials and maintaining consistent messaging throughout the change process.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS
- Design training content and learning materials aligned with AKIBA functional and operational needs to support user adoption.
- Develop multimedia learning assets—including e‑courses, job aids, guides, and exercises—ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.
- Deliver live online or in‑person training sessions and facilitate practical learning activities to strengthen user capabilities.
- Create structured e‑learning modules within MSF’s platform, integrating assessments and interactive components in line with learning best practices.
- Coordinate with technical and functional experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the evolving system design.
- Produce communication materials that support change management and ensure consistent, clear messaging across AKIBA‑related channels.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve training material relevance and usability.
- Maintain and organize learning resources to facilitate knowledge sharing and long‑term accessibility.
ROLE’S SPECIFIC ELEMENTS
- Focus on translating complex technical supply chain processes into intuitive learning solutions.
- Significant collaboration with Logistics & Supply Chain teams, including Medical/Pharma representatives, to align materials with operational needs.
- Development of learning paths on TEMBO incorporating multimedia, assessments, and interactive navigation.
- Strong emphasis on supporting digital adoption during a major organizational change initiative (AKIBA).
SELECTION CRITERIA
- University degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Information Systems, or Social Sciences with a training focus.
- Certifications in digital learning, instructional design, or training of trainer desirable.
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and creation of digital learning content.
- Experience delivering training to diverse groups.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and e‑learning standards (e.g., SCORM).
- Experience in supply chain or logistics environments.
- Exposure to change management or digital adoption initiatives.
- Desirable experience in international or multicultural settings.
- Knowledge of instructional design and digital learning methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of LMS platforms, SCORM, and multimedia development.
- Techniques for simplifying and explaining technical content.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is Essential. French or other languages are a desirable.
CONDITIONS
- Position based in any MSF-OCBA Hub: Amman, Bogotá, Dakar, Nairobi, Barcelona, Sevilla, Bilbao or Madrid. Final location will be subject to the employability of the preselected candidate (e.g., residency, work permit, etc.)
- Contract duration: 8 months contract, until 31st of December 2026.
- Full-time position.
- Annual gross salary: IRP2 Level HQ- 3A (divided in monthly payments) + secondary benefits based on MSF OCBA Reward policy. Subjected to local conditions.
- Starting date: As soon as possible.
