MAIN PURPOSE
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Logistics & Supply Chain restructuring, ensuring alignment between units, maintaining continuity of support to operations, and reducing friction during the transition period.
GENERAL CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate transition plans, milestones, and risks to ensure orderly implementation.

Serve as a central liaison between HoUs, HR, Med, and Operations ensuring alignment.

Maintain structured communication, FAQs, and staff updates to support clarity.

Monitor recruitment processes with HR and ensure contingency planning.

Maintain updated documentation, workflows, and change logs.

Provide analysis and recommendations to ensure continuity of service.
SELECTION CRITERIA
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field.

5 years of experience at MSF or similar humanitarian context.

Proven experience with people and team management is essential.

Desirable knowledge of change management and principles and tools.

Expertise in analytical, communication and reporting skills

Proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience in change management or restructuring processes is an asset.

Fluent written and spoken English. French and/or Spanish is an asset
CONDITIONS

Position based in any MSF-OCBA hub.

Duration of position: 8 months contract.

Full-time position.

Annual gross salary: level HQ-4A + secondary benefits based on MSF OCBA Reward Policy.

Starting date: April 15th 2026.
